About this coffee
Fuglen's espresso from Fazenda Santa Cruz in Caconde, run by Francisco Fonseca Figueiredo, his wife Maria Izabel and sons Denis, Denilson and Wagner. Francisco bought the 900-hectare farm in 2019; the previous owners had grown coffee there since 1932. Known for soil conservation and micro-lots on steep slopes. A natural Arara: caramel, red apple and almond.
