About this coffee
An organic natural from members of the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, a farmer-owned union across the region that holds 65% of Ethiopia's coffee land, with women in leading roles and investment in schools, health centres and clean water. From the forested Guji zone, dried in the cherry so the beans take on the fruit's sugars: jasmine, peach and almond.
