About this coffee
City Bean's rotating "Wild One" slot for experimental ferments. This Pacamara comes from Alvaro and Karla Quiroz de Moises's Finca Puerto Arturo in the volcanic hills of Apaneca; whole cherries are sealed for anaerobic fermentation and then dried on raised beds. Fruit punch, bitters and butterscotch.
