About this coffee
A washed community blend from 20 women producers in Chirinos, Cajamarca, created with Colibrí Andino to celebrate women's growing role in Peruvian specialty. Each farmer processes their own coffee; lively yellow-fruit acidity with plum, dried berries, black tea, nougat and brown sugar. Cupped at 86.5; roasted as an omni.
