About this coffee
From Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene's Elto Coffee project, where fermentation is tuned to show the terroir rather than mask it. A 74158 honey dried in a dark room after 24 hours of fermentation: creamy mango, refreshing dragon fruit with a light bitterness, then sweet honeysuckle. Scored 90.
