About this coffee
A Canephora (robusta) from Lukula in the west of the Congo, variety Petit Kwila, fermented sealed without oxygen before being pulped and washed. CoffeePirates use it to argue that robusta's reputation is about how it's usually grown and handled. Dark and dried-fruit driven, low acidity, heavy body; roasted for filter.
