About this coffee
Cherries from about 800 smallholders (around 100 trees each) are hand-sorted, pulped and graded at the Gititu Factory, with only grades 1 and 2 going on to fermentation, washing, soaking and up to 21 days on covered raised beds. Juicy and flavour-dense, with a long floral black-tea finish.
