About this coffee
Los Allahuines is the name the producers of Ocallí district go by, after a tale of magical beings in the Higuer mountains of Amazonas. Through the Alto Marañón Project they have had three years of technical support, moving beyond Catimor into other varieties and raising both quality and yield; the Valle Alto cooperative also helps them access Agrobanco credit and state funding.
