About this coffee
An AA lot from Githembe, one of three factories of the Thiririka cooperative in Kiambu, where about 1,500 farmers deliver cherries. It is pulped, fermented 12-14 hours and washed at Githembe, then dried for 7-14 days at sister factory Kiganjo. Blackberry, rhubarb and orange.
