About this coffee
A fully washed Bourbon from Bukeye, the first Long Miles Coffee station and the birthplace of its Coffee Scouts programme. Cherries are floated and hand-sorted, dry-fermented about 12 hours and traditionally "footed" before rinsing. Gooseberry, tropical fruit and pear with honey sweetness.
