About this coffee
This naturally processed coffee from Habtamu Fikadu and 400 smallholders in Buku has been on our minds since we first tasted our pre-shipment sample this Spring. With a complex and fruit-forward profile, this coffee has the floral, citrusy, pleasantly bitter character of hops along with tart dried mango and perfectly ripe blueberries.
