About this coffee
A carbonic-maceration lot from smallholders delivering to the Uraga Washing Station in Guji: whole cherries are hand-sorted and sealed in a CO2-rich tank to ferment before drying. Imported by Sucafina and roasted for filter, with dark chocolate, candied fruit and ripe pineapple.
