About this coffee
The first filter coffee in Wave's Key-Coffee line, chosen with Vadim Key. Mustefa Abakeno farms 18 ha at 2,040 m and built the Beshasha wet mill for his own and neighbours' cherry; with the Falcon team's agronomist Harun, cherry is day-lotted, fermented 8 to 12 hours, skin-dried under shade and finished 7 to 10 days on netted raised beds.
