About this coffee
Marilín Carolina Muñoz runs El Higuerón and Sidra Noire, a family farm her father bought 45 years ago on steep volcanic slopes in the humid montane forest of San Agustín. She began serious coffee growing 15 years ago and added Geisha and Sidra; the cup layers citrus, fresh mint, matcha and honey over a creamy texture.
