Back for 2026, from Neguesse Debela and his family, who opened their first processing site in 2017 and the Danche station in 2019. Fermented 36–48 hours underwater and dried 10–14 days on raised beds. Lilac florals with juicy plum and blackberry, crisp and balanced.
