About this coffee
One of CODOS's rotating single origins: a washed Muchagara lot from smallholders on the eastern slopes of Mt. Kenya, density-sorted after washing and slow-dried on raised beds. Deep and winey like a glass of Pinot, then warm cranberry pie and a bright candied-clementine finish. Roasted for espresso and moka pot.
