About this coffee
A washed Ombligón microlot from Nestor Lasso's El Diviso farm in Huila. Ombligón, named for the "belly button" at one end of the cherry, is grown only in Huila; its genetic origins are unknown, and it is very productive and rust-resistant. Bright cherry acidity, syrupy sweetness and a tea-like body: orange blossom, maraschino cherry and candied pineapple.
