About this coffee

An organic Peruvian from Puno, grown in mixed cultivation, decaffeinated as green coffee with pressurised CO2 rather than synthetic chemicals. Drum-roasted in small batches in Hamburg; mild, lightly sweet and nutty with chocolate and caramel.
