About this coffee
SyOxy is a one-of-a-kind coffee that pushes flavor boundaries. Grown at Finca Soledad, Ecuador, by renowned producer Jose "Pepe" Jijón, this exceptional coffee is a rare Sydra varietal produced with the unique Oxidization process. Sydra is a relatively new hybrid varietal, combining the traits of Red Bourbon and Typica varietals.
