About this coffee

Tiago de Almeida's family has grown coffee on Sítio Morro Preto for more than 80 years, since his great-grandfather Joaquim, who emigrated from Portugal as a child, bought a small plot with his first earnings. Today Tiago and his brother Renato focus on specialty lots with different varieties and fermentations; this Red Bourbon spent 72 hours in anaerobic fermentation before drying as a natural.
