About this coffee
From Hambella, a 200-hectare estate in the Guji zone founded by brothers Aman and Michael Adinew; Aman ran quality control at the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and set up Ethiopia's first specialty coffee lab. Hambella employs around 700 people at peak harvest, 70% of them women, and also buys and processes cherry from neighbouring farmers. Chocolate and coconut with florals, lime, peach and vanilla.
