About this coffee
A black honey selection from ASOPROAAA, the association of Acosta and Aserrí producers founded in 1998 after Hurricane Mitch, whose members' micro lots regularly reach Cup of Excellence finals. Black honey leaves the most mucilage on the bean and is the slowest process; the beans are dried on African beds.
