From the Gathaithi Farmers' Cooperative Society (est. 1967), supporting 1,656 smallholder farmers on half-acre plots in Nyeri County's volcanic soils. Cherries are hand-selected, pulped, fermented overnight, washed and raised-bed dried for 7-15 days. Source: codeblackcoffee.com.au
