About this coffee

A first-fruits picking from young Pink Bourbon trees that Miguel Fajardo Mendoza and Andrea planted in August 2023, when their daughter Guadalupe was born, at Pedacito de Cielo, their home farm above El Fénix in Calarcá, Quindío. The seedlings came from El Fénix. A traditional washed process with no extended fermentation keeps it transparent: raspberry, pink grapefruit and strawberry, then black cherry, peach and apricot, gardenia and lily, and a cool melon-cucumber finish. A limited Roastersaurus "Raptor" release in 225 g bags.
