About this coffee
This is our second year featuring coffee from Rodrigo's farm, Laderas Del Tapias - and we're stoked! He delivered once again with a beautifully complex and clean lot of honey processed Catiope varietal. Expect rounded tropical fruit sweetness and refreshingly crisp, apple-y acidity and brightness.
