About this coffee
2026 is our second year working with Adelmo's coffees - we selected both washed and natural processed Parainema lots from his farm, El Guachipilin. In this natural process lot, we found an extremely layered and dense cup that is bursting with complexity and jammy fruits - perfect for Cosmic Candy! Expect a winey acidity, pleasantly tangy blood orange notes and a juicy, ripe, berry-like sweetness. Source: timbertrain.ca (roaster’s own copy).
