About this coffee
A decaf from small farms in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, near the Honduran border. The cherries are floated, pulped, fermented for 25–34 hours, washed and sun-dried on raised mesh for 12–16 days, then the green coffee is decaffeinated with ethyl acetate. Chocolate, cacao and fruit with medium acidity. SCA 85.25.
