About this coffee
A natural Pache fermented "Mosto Champagne" style from Finca La Senda, the Pérez family farm in Acatenango, worked with neighbouring families from Aldea El Socorro on rich volcanic soil. A returning favourite the roaster calls the champagne of naturals: grape juice, star anise and plums. Spring 2026 harvest, for filter.
