Cherries from the Villamaría community ferment under vacuum for 48 hours, are pulped and sun-dried for up to 20 days, then decaffeinated with sugarcane EA. Lively, floral and complex: mandarin, raspberry, candied lime, honeysuckle and sea buckthorn.
