About this coffee

A rare washed Venezuela from the "Roasted" line: 20 hectares farmed by the Rivero family in Humocaro Alto, Lara, at 1,550–1,650 m. Hand-picked cherries are visually sorted then float-graded, fermented in tanks with the mucilage fully removed, and sun-dried about 20 days on raised beds. A clean, sweet cup with fresh citrus and forest fruit, a fine floral finish and a velvety body. Espresso brings a chocolatey, fruit-touched shot; filter shows more body and balance.
