An impressive tropical-notes coffee with quality and complexity: pink-grapefruit citric brightness and notes of violets in a big, juicy, sweet cup. The Gersay Beyou station sits on 2 hectares 14km from Yirgacheffe city, where over 1,550 smallholder farmers contribute weekly "garden coffee" grown on small plots around their homes.
