About this coffee
A single-lot honey-processed coffee from the same Ureña Rojas family micromill (founded 2005) as El Renacer, named for nearby indigenous ceremonial sites. Sweet, juicy and fruit-forward, with a complex yet approachable cup. Red Catuai, a compact high-yielding cultivar originally developed in Brazil, is common throughout Central America.
