About this coffee
A washed Conilon from Eliane Lívio and her husband Pedro's high-altitude Sítio Boa Vista near Muqui. Eliane is a founding member of Pó de Mulheres, a women's group within the CAFESUL cooperative. Roasted medium-dark with a fast finish through crack to keep the acidity lively: malt, hazelnut mousse and sweet white grape with a mousse-like texture. 2025 harvest.
