About this coffee
A honey microlot from Oscar Omar Alonzo's Finca Cual Bicicleta, the star producer of Quijote's partner cooperative APROCOMSA. Quijote usually only takes his naturals as microlots, but this year's honey was good enough to import separately: sweet, clear and light, with orange, burnt almond and cocoa butter. 2026 harvest.
