About this coffee
Irma Tinoco farms San Luis organically with her children Patricia and Omar, inside a forest that shades the trees and slows ripening. Typica and Bourbon crossed spontaneously on the farm into what they call Typica FSL; lots from San Luis are regularly used in barista competitions.
