A limited-release lot from Finca Los Nogales showcasing an innovative decaffeination method developed by Oscar and Angie Hernández — reducing caffeine at the farm level with materials from the same harvest, rather than relying on an external decaffeination facility. The result is a juicy, tart and herbaceous cup without the usual caffeine load. Oscar continues his family's legacy of experimentation, combining scientific method with traditional farming.
