Támesis, on the mid- and western slopes of the Andes in Antioquia, is where Colombian coffee farming began and where the FNC was founded. Elkin Arcila — one of the first specialty growers in his community — runs a plantation of ~1,800 Geisha trees and set up a barista school in Támesis. Honey process, harvest 2024, cup score 87.5.
