About this coffee
From the Banko Taratu community at the southern end of Yirgacheffe, near Guji, where brothers Seleshi and Degafe Beyene process cherry from over 500 farmers. Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, washed, then dried 12-18 days on raised beds.
