About this coffee
From Eudis Orosco and Victoria Atao of the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru, who preserve old forest shade trees for a balanced ecosystem and follow traditional Inca agroforestry methods guided by the moon, from planting to harvest. Outstanding florals with fresh rosemary, lemongrass and sour cherry.
