About this coffee
From Tarekech Werash's 5-hectare farm high in Yirgacheffe, above 2,000 m, where heirloom and JARC selections grow under shade trees on volcanic soil fertilised with the farm's own compost. Ripe cherries are hand-picked and dried whole on raised bamboo beds for up to 24 days. Part of the Lalisaa smallholder programme. Green tea, dried dates and cranberry.
