About this coffee
A washed Flavours-series single origin whose contents rotate with the harvest; currently a Pacamara from the Menéndez family's Las Delicias in Ahuachapán, El Salvador. Juicy orange, crisp red apple and smooth nougat, roasted hotter early with a short Maillard phase and a longer development.
