Johan & Nyström

Skogås, Sweden

Founded in 2004, Johan & Nyström was Sweden's first specialty coffee roastery, built on direct, long-term relationships with farmers to get the Nordics drinking better coffee. Their roastery in Skogås outside Stockholm — one of Europe's most modern — has run since 2017, roasting everything from house blends to single-origin Farmers series lots. Cafés in Stockholm's Södermalm and Helsinki's Katajanokka pour the same Direct Trade coffee straight from the source.
