Alirio has transformed his 11-hectare farm in the Guachicos River Basin, in Palestina, Huila, into a benchmark of quality in the region. The work supports his wife and three children, who are active participants in the farm's production, and has helped elevate Colombia's reputation in the specialty coffee world.
