About this coffee

A station lot from Kiamwangi, one of three washing stations run by the Iria-Ini Farmers' Cooperative Society in Mathira, Nyeri, on the foothills of Mount Kenya. Iria-Ini means "place of milk"; members farm tiny plots, some only about a hundred trees, and walk or ride their cherries to the station. Bright and complex: blood orange, the grip of Assam tea, and a sweet, sparkling rosehip finish. Supplier score 86.
