About this coffee
Bantu Blossom, a station lot pooling about 200 smallholders on the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains near the Congo border. Agri Evolve collects the ripe SL14 and SL28 cherries, separates deliveries by origin and altitude, and dries them as naturals at its Nyabirongo station. Higher acidity with baked-apple sweetness, rum and a gingerbread finish. Roasted medium for espresso; supplier score 85.
