About this coffee
The pinnacle of the Ngila Estate collection, grown at 1,600 m on the volcanic slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater. Roasted light, it opens with wild raspberry and high-toned hibiscus, grounded by an unusual savoury note of fresh thyme — a bright, tea-like cup best as pour-over.
