Single-origin decaf from the Sierra Mazateca, decaffeinated at the Mountain Water facility in Veracruz using mineral water from Pico de Orizaba — a chemical-free, high-pressure filtration process. Roasted to the lighter end of medium for espresso, with plenty of character and sweetness.
