About this coffee
From the Shale station near Worka, supplied by about 1,500 smallholders farming without chemical fertilisers. Pulped the same day, fermented 8–12 hours in open tanks and washed in channels. Clear, balanced, floral and fruity: juicy plum, sweet grape, elderflower and tea-like bergamot.
