From Sirinya, a family-run farm, roastery and café in the Doi Chang mountains of Chiang Rai, where coffee replaced opium. Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai help neighbouring farmers reach specialty grade through organic practice and careful processing. Roasted for filter.
