Roasteries / Lomi
Founded in 2010 by Aleaume Paturle and Paul Arnephy — the latter crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France Torréfacteur in 2018. Lomi sources 100% arabica specialty coffee directly from producers and roasts it on a 60kg Giesen roaster at its own facility in the Drôme, alongside a Paris coffee shop and an SCA Premier Training Campus school for baristas and roasters.
